So disappointed in the customer service, even emails for supervisor to call me but never got anything back. we order birthday cards from here and holiday cards but going forward we will find a new vendor. I called Nov 17th to see when the cards would be delivered I was told that day or latest Monday, called Monday they told me the cards were finished being processed yet, I asked if there was a way to overnight (all of a sudden they were done and overnight couldn't be changed) then I was told I wouldn't get the cards until Wednesday - so I tried to cancel because none of the clients would get the cards in time. So unhelpful, lied too and not caring. Got the cards late Wednesday. What a waste. We have found a new vendor going forward.
