The Bright Tree Holiday Cards we received were very nice, but when they arrived the box they were in was taped up on one side like it had broke apart. The corners of some of the envelopes were dirty like they had fallen out of the box and just pushed back in. Not too pleased about it. The bad thing is we didn't order extra envelopes.

the order process was easy, good pricing, shipment came fairy fast esp. since i didn't pay extra for faster shipping. overall, the product was good. the only thing i would say is, on the front of the card, the picture is slightly crooked. the card we ordered had an outline so it made it easier to tell that the product was a little slanted/uneven. The inside of the card was perfect! we designed it with our logo, and the logo looked great
