I did not know delivery date until after the transaction was completed, so responded to the email confirm immediately to cancel the order because it wouldn't be arrived in time. Then called first thing the next morning. Of course no one checked the email and the order was already in production. She said we could decline the shipment for a return, but we have many people that would sign and/or we receive many packages this time of year, so we were not able to catch it upon delivery. Would be nice if it was very clear on delivery date upon purchase.

Cards looked great and arrived in a timely manner.

I loved all the different aspects that i could customize! You can really make your card exactly how YOU want it. It was delivered by its promise date which i can fully respect! YOU too can rest assured that Brookhollow will fulfill your expectations and then some!

Card came out great, our artwork needed some help and they did a great job in the end.
