First of all, I am a graphic artist so I created the card for our company this year. The cards looked great when I received them but my issue is with your website. It is hard to use when you are creating your own. I do NOT like the way it mandates cropping the image when I already made it size specific. Plus, after going through each of the available card sizes, not one of them would put the image for the entire front. Instead, it gave a white border no matter what size I chose. I did not want that but seeing as though I was under a time constraint here, I went ahead and ordered it. I attached the image I wanted for my order down below but because of the way it wanted to crop, I had to upload the individual images and put them on the card so I did NOT end up with the background I had chosen. Now the order arrived quickly and the quality is wonderful! My only suggestion would be maybe updating your site a little bit for ease of use. I am an avid user of Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Publisher and I find those heavy programs much easier to use than your online publisher. The attached image is NOT size specific. Maybe you should have an option to upload an image and allow it to give specific card suggestions. Thank you!

The software is easy to use, proofs come quickly for review, and the technical team is always very friendly and helpful. Turnaround time is always very fast.
