First of all, I received the cards and our address at the bottom of the card was not aligned or centered accordingly. It was too low and it was not centered. It was totally different from what was shown online. We called customer service and they were not very helpful in trying to accommodate our dissatisfaction. Its the first time in 10 years that I've received a dissatisfying service. I am still waiting for customer service to contact us so that we may receive some sort of discount.
