I love the customizable aspect of cards from Brookhollow. Always a good quality product - cardstock, envelopes, printing is always topnotch. However, this order the interface to customize the envelope would continually get stuck and not save or let you move forward. I worked with customer service, who were very responsive, but it was difficult to get it the way I wanted it. Very time consuming and the process took all day for two different cards to be formatted the way that was needed.
