Attempting to tweak my order prior to placing after working hours, I needed assistance from the Brookhollow team. Sent an e-mail and received a reply and a telephone call first thing the next morning. Not only was I able to get assistance to complete the changes but, also able to immediately place the order and have discounts applied! This is the ninth year ordering my holiday card from Brookhollow cards. The quality of the cards combined with the outstanding customer support experience….I would not consider ordering my cards from anywhere else! :)
