You can also use this tool to craft a message for the inside of your card. This is a free tool to use and all you need to do is set up an account for each one in order to start using the services.
To help you start your project, we broke down the whole process of how to make a greeting card in 4 simple steps.
Step 1: Create an AI Art Image
First, start by heading to Copilot to begin generating AI art images. Use the text box at the bottom to describe in detail the kind of image you are looking for, and then click the send button. Maybe you want a specific color ornament, an image of reindeer or even something very intricate. The more specific you are, the better the AI image outcome will be for you and your card. Below is an example that I created with these specific words, “Red and blue snowflakes with christmas lights and a snowy scene in the city with a message Happy Holidays from all of us”.
After you create the image, you can continue to manipulate it, to add or even remove elements, by typing a new message in the message box. You may also choose to use the tools provided to select parts of the image to change to a different style or use the Copilot Designer tool provided that will give you more control to be as creative as you want.
Once you create that perfect AI image, it will be available for download. Saving the image as a high-resolution TIFF or JPEG file is the most acceptable for best printing quality.
Step 2: Generate a Holiday Verse
You might be uncertain about the exact wording you want for your greeting card’s interior. You can keep using this AI tool to assist you in brainstorming ideas or even penning the verse for you. It can also aid in crafting a Christmas letter, invitation, or poem, or even in verifying the correct spelling or punctuation for the letter or verse you’ve composed yourself.
You can be as detailed as possible with specific words you want the verse to include such as typing “write a verse for a Christmas card that says Happy Holidays, Peace to the World, and is religious.” It does help to be very specific so you don’t get a longer verse than you need or a different tone or format than you were looking for. For example, “Write a non-rhyming Christmas Card verse under 40 words that says Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to show customer appreciation” tells the AI exactly what you need and will help speed up the process. Or you can be more vague if you are just generally looking for some inspiration instead of having Copilot write the copy or verse for you. Examples of this are “holiday verse ideas for companies” or “what to write in a Christmas card.”
Step 3: Choose a Card Type
After your image and verse have been chosen, you will want to decide on the type of card you are wishing to send. Do you want this to be a one-sided flat card, a folded card, or maybe even a postcard? What type of paper do you want to use? A heavy stock or glossy paper?
