Before printing, we’ll email you a proof of your card for approval. Simply check the 'Approve' box for each card surface and click 'Submit Proof.' Once approved, your order will move into production, and you’ll receive a confirmation email when it ships. If you don’t see the email, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Order Processing & Delivery

Custom congratulations cards take 1-4 business days for production and 1-6 business days for shipping, depending on your selected method and destination. Additional services, such as addressing, special instructions, artwork assistance, or proof approvals, may extend processing times. While we ensure timely production, we are not responsible for carrier delays (FedEx, UPS, USPS).
