Most sample requests are delivered within 7 business days. Envelopes are not included with greeting card samples. Should you need more than three samples or if you require expedited shipping, contact our customer support team.
Yes. We offer addressing and mailing services on greeting card and postcard products.
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Standard ground services are unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders to these areas will automatically be set to the most economical expedited air option.

Do not use use anything other than a ball point pen to sign the cards

The inside is glossy and we tried using a gold gel pen to sign but it smears.

Thank you for your order and your product feedback. We offer several card stock options. Uncoated matte would be a good option if you would like to use a gel pen. Please be sure to take advantage of our online samples, or just reach out to us to have a card stock sample kit sent to you.
