In search of "not your standard" corporate birthday card, I found this. It's simply elegant and simultaneously whimsical. While a bit rough at the beginning, the experience finished smoothly with assistance from James via the chat option. It's a perk to have an option to customize. But that's where this user encountered the problem. As a first-time user, I have no idea how to navigate the water. In what ways could text be altered? Dotted lines of different colors mean what? Trial and error consumed too much time. In the end, a chat with James helped immensely. A "How to" video might be worth consideration, especially for first-time users. Nevertheless, a reasonably priced, quality product.
