We received positive reviews pertaining to our 2017 custom card ordered from Bookhollow. Upon receipt of our order, a third of the quantity revealed ink/smudges/droplets in three different sections of the total order. We immediately contacted Brookhollow Customer Service and received within two days replacement cards -- perfectly printed -- plus extras. We have family members who asked us for the web address so they could change to place their holiday cards order in 2018 to Brookhollow. Thanks so much!
