Custom sympathy card orders are produced within 1-4 business days, with shipping times ranging from 1-6 business days depending on location and method. Add items to your cart to estimate shipping costs and delivery times.

Proofing Your Order

After designing your sympathy card, you’ll receive a proof for approval before printing. Review your proof carefully, approve each card surface, and submit it to proceed with production. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships—check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.

Return Policy

We stand behind our products with a 100% guarantee. If an error occurs on our end, we will correct it at no cost. However, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be offered for items without material defects. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues within 30 days, as we cannot process replacements or refunds beyond this period.
