This card is absolutely beautiful!!! However, you have to tie that ribbon yourself...so if you order over 1,000 cards (like my office did) you can just imagine how time consuming that can be!

The cards looked much better in person than they did in the catalog...and they look nice in the catalog. Very happy with the quality, ease of ordering, and expedited shipping. Also appreciated the email updates on the order.

The cards are great---premium quality, clean printing, easy folding. It should be noted that no where (that I could see) on the website is it mentioned that in addition to folding the cards yourself (this is mentioned) that you also have to hand thread the ribbon through the card and tie the knots yourself. The cards do not come with the ribbon already on them as pictured. The only problem I really had was with the quality of Brookhollow's communication and online design tool. Both times I needed to contact someone I used the chat function on the website because I did not have time to wait on hold via phone, but the chat wait times were extended and sometimes even longer than if I had been on hold via phone (often at least 30 minutes). I understand it's a busy time of year (the holidays), so that's not too concerning as I used the chat function for a reason and any customer service rep quickly answered my question(s) and was knowledgeable about the product and Brookhollow's processes. My questions were about how to get certain things to work/appear a certain way via the builder, but I quickly found it was very limited and you end up having to just send a very rough mock up of the design to their design team (meaning you have to purchase the product and request a proof), which adds on a week of time at least. This is time I had not accounted for when purchasing the cards. Additionally, when we received our cards, the blue of the card stock had rubbed off on to the two top envelopes making them incredibly dirty and rendering them useless. When I called about the issue (I called the day I received the cards, 12/1/17 in the afternoon immediately after I received them and found the issue), they said they'd get two replacements in the mail and sent to me asap (as I said it was time sensitive considering they're Christmas cards to clients). The envelopes didn't ship for almost a week, and when they did it was via UPS Ground, rather than 2-Day or Next-Day. Ground is usually fine (we usually get packages within 2-3 days), but with the holiday season it's usually longer (around 5 days). As of this writing (12/7/17), I have not received the envelopes. I received a shipping notification early yesterday morning, but the link did not work until nearly 5 p.m. CDT because they hadn't actually shipped the package yet. A week is not awful wait time, but when it's a company error and a time-sensitive product one would hope the company would have it express shipped in some form. Overall, a great quality product, though the online design tool should either have functionality added (line spacing, etc.) or removed entirely and the design team should do it. Likewise, some larger print (or a popup window with a notification) would be helpful regarding tying ribbons, production time, etc. etc. We will most likely order from Brookhollow again next year. The cards from BrookHollow are the highest quality and the staff is helpful!

I bought these for our holiday Christmas party, our office staff loved the print . I love that it comes with a bow the only thing I do not like about it is that I thought the ribbon will close the card and not just be on the flap that is the only change I would make
