Customers can order up to 3 free stock or custom samples on select products. Stock samples look identical to what is shown online and include default product options. Custom samples include your exact product selections including your selected size, paper stock and unique personalization. Use our editor to create exactly what you want, then add to cart. Most sample requests are delivered within 7 business days. Envelopes are not included with greeting card samples. Should you need more than three samples or if you require expedited shipping, contact our customer support team.
Yes. We offer addressing and mailing services on greeting card and postcard products.
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Standard ground services are unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders to these areas will automatically be set to the most economical expedited air option.

Beware of extra postage!

These cards looks nice, but they are printed on a cardstock that is heavier than necessary in my opinion. Unfortunately this causes the card with envelope to weigh 1.1 oz, which is just above the allowable weight for it to be sent with a single First-class Forever Stamp. Instead we had to by two-ounce stamps at $0.84 each in order to mail these. When placing my order there was one brief note with an asterisk which stated ""this card may require additional postage"; however it was unclear to me if it definitely would require additional postage, and for what reason (size, weight, thickness). Because the note presented ambiguity by stating it "may require addition postage", I was unsure if that was a standard note for all orders, or specifically applicable to the card that I ordered. I think this card would be better if printed on a slightly lighter weight paper to avoid the extra postage charge. The cardstock used on these is heavier than a premium business card. I also think it would look nice on a matte cardstock with foil lettering on the cover. The description should provide more detail such as the weight of the cardstock used.

Thank you for your product review. We are sorry that you are disappointed with the weight of the card you chose. So you are aware, you have the option of choosing a lighter card stock than the default shown for this card. The description regarding extra postage states "may require extra postage" because not all customers experience having to pay extra postage. A stamp is usually fine, however customers using a postage machine typically pay extra. We appreciate your business and hope to provide a better experience to you in the future.
