Disappointed for the First Time

Customizing and editing the cards this year was very difficult. In the past I was able to use 2 different colors and 2 different fonts on the text. This year I could not. Every time I tried to change the font or color the entire text changed. That in itself was so frustrating and disappointing, not to mention took a long time to customize. The actual product was what I edited, but I did not like final product. Online when editing, the text looked okay; however, the final product seemed extremely large and cheap looking. On a positive note, the front of the card was pretty and the speed of delivery was good. I have used Brookhollow Cards for 5 years now for our company's Christmas cards and have always been pleased. In the past, the cards have looked very professional and classy. Not this year. I am so sad to say that Brookhollow cards kind of let me down especially in the customizing department.
