How to Order Envelopes Without Greeting Cards
Can I order envelopes without ordering cards?
Yes, you can place an envelopes-only order, whether you are reordering from a past purchase or placing a new envelope-only order.
Option 1: Order envelopes only from a previous order
If you previously purchased cards, you can reorder just the envelopes directly from your account. This ensures you receive the correct size and style of envelopes for that card.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Order History.
- Open the order that contains the card design you want envelopes for.
- Click the Buy Envelopes Only link or button.
- Review your selection and complete checkout.
Option 2: Order envelopes only without a previous order
If you need envelopes but do not have a previous order to reorder from, you can still place an envelope-only request using the Special Order Instructions box.
- Select a greeting card product and choose your quantity.
- Click Customize to open the product editor / configuration page.
- Click on the Add to Cart button and locate the Special Order Instructions box in the pop-up.
- In the instructions box, enter a note such as:
“Envelopes only — please adjust pricing to envelopes only.” - Proceed through checkout and submit your order.
- Our team will review your request and adjust the pricing to reflect an envelopes-only order before processing.
- If you prefer, you can also contact Customer Service for assistance with placing an envelopes-only request.
Important notes about envelopes-only orders
- Price adjustment: Envelope-only orders will require a manual price adjustment after submission to reflect envelopes only.
- Correct sizing: Reordering from a previous order helps ensure the envelopes match the size and style of your original cards.
- Customer support: Customer Service can assist at any time if you are unsure how to place an envelopes-only order.
