How do I upload my address file?

Yes—you can upload your recipient address file while ordering, after ordering from My Account, or by emailing it to us. Use our address template so the file imports correctly.

1. Download Our Address Template

  • Download the Address Template
  • Follow the instructions in the file and use the sample address as a guide
  • Do not change the column headers or layout

2. Upload While Placing Your Order (Recommended)

Uploading during checkout gives you instant pricing and a live preview of how addresses will print.

  1. While customizing your envelope, add your return address and choose your address styling
  2. Upload your completed template when prompted
  3. If you’re not ready yet, choose Upload Later and continue checkout

3. Upload Later from My Account

If you chose Upload Later, or need to add addresses to an existing order:

  1. Sign in to My Account
  2. Go to Order History and find your order
  3. Click Upload Addresses. Your order opens in the product editor on the envelope screen
  4. Under the Upload address file dropdown, select Upload now
  5. Choose your completed template and upload it

4. Email Your Address File

You can also email your completed address template to our Addresses@ mailbox for your store (for example, Addresses@ followed by the store’s domain). Include your order number in the email so we can attach the file to the right order.

Important: Send address lists to the Addresses@ mailbox only—not Artwork or Support. Artwork is for design files, not recipient lists.

Important Notes

  • We cannot format or fix your address file for you
  • Pricing may change after you upload, depending on addressing options and stamp quantities
  • Your order stays on hold until we receive your complete address file
  • Your final order total cannot be calculated until the address file has been uploaded

Helpful Tips

  • Uploading from My Account is usually the fastest way to attach a file to an existing order
  • Always use our template so the file imports correctly
